Request an Accessible Version

Request an accessible version or equally effective alternative of any page, document, or download — no login is required.

RevolutionEd is committed to equal access. If any page, document, or downloadable file (such as a PDF lesson plan, quiz, presentation, or report) is not accessible to you, you can request an accessible version or an equally effective alternative here.

We provide effective communication on request even for content that may fall within a narrow legal exception (e.g., archived material, individualized password-protected documents). Tell us what content you need and how you would like to receive it.

Accessibility & Section 504 Coordinator

RevolutionEd commits to WCAG 2.1 AA as its accessibility standard and supports our customers' obligations under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the ADA. We have designated an Accessibility Coordinator to receive and resolve accessibility concerns.

  • Accessibility Coordinator: Arsenios Scrivens, Chief Privacy & Compliance Officer
  • How to reach the Coordinator: accessibility@revolutioned.ai or the request form above.

Grievance procedure

Anyone may file a grievance about a barrier to access — or a complaint that accessibility was denied — using the form above or by emailing the Coordinator. You do not need an account, and you may identify yourself or remain anonymous (anonymous filings limit our ability to follow up with you directly). Our procedure provides for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints:

  1. We aim to acknowledge every grievance within 5 business days.
  2. The Coordinator reviews the concern, provides an accessible version or equally effective alternative where one is requested, and works toward a resolution.
  3. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may ask the Coordinator to escalate the matter for a further review.

This designation and grievance procedure reflect the coordination expectations of 34 CFR § 104.7 (Section 504) and the Title II analog at 28 CFR § 35.107. It does not replace your school's own Section 504 / Title II Coordinator and grievance process, which govern your rights as a student, parent, or employee of the school.
